This includes the letters ECCB encircled by a pair of robust laurel branches. Established in 1983 and based in St. Kitts and Nevis, the ECCB functions as the financial overseer for eight nations within the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union. The Eastern Caribbean dollar, managed by the ECCB, has maintained a consistent exchange rate of EC$2.70 to US$1 since 1976.
